Former The Arena employees accuse the company of long-term arrears in salary and token distribution

Dimensione testo

According to BlockBeats news, on October 4, former Rove/The Arena employee Amy Street posted that she resigned last year due to long-term salary delays. Nearly a year later, related reimbursements and compensation have not yet been fully resolved, and a large token allocation received during her tenure has not yet been fully accounted for. She said that she had used her personal credit card to advance company event expenses, and that although the person in charge, Jason DeSimone, had promised in writing to stop delayed payments, the problem continued to occur.

Amy Street said that after leaving her job, the other party once asked her to sign a "termination agreement" before paying her final salary and providing token distribution information. In September this year, she was told that all the money had been paid through on-chain transactions, but no corresponding transactions were found after inquiries; she then provided her Solana address again and requested a small test transfer, but the email was not responded to.

She also said that the Rove app has not been able to log in for about a year, and it has not provided a shutdown notification or asset withdrawal window before, and some users are still unable to access related assets. She said she has retained payment records, wallet history and written communication documents, and is pursuing the remaining funds, token distribution accounts and related asset access rights through lawyers.
